We move bay by bay and track your inventory. Racking comes down, gets color-coded and goes back up so you can start shipping again.

We clear out the old space: furniture taken down and hauled off, e-waste recycled, and the floor left broom-clean for your landlord.
Install, Reconfigure, or Relocate
We install, rearrange and move cubicles, including Herman Miller, Steelcase, Haworth and other major brands.
We bring reusable stacking crates instead of boxes. Faster to pack, easier to unpack, nothing to break down and throw away. Included with every move.

Yes. We move after hours, overnight and on weekends. Your team leaves Friday and comes back Monday to desks in place, monitors set up and conference rooms arranged to your floor plan.
We walk your space first and write down everything we are moving. You get one price for that scope, in writing. If the job runs long, that is on us, not you. No added charges for stairs, long carries, packing materials or overtime. If you add items or work later, we price that separately before we do it.
Yes. Our crews move servers, network gear, monitors and AV equipment. We photograph each rack and patch panel, label every cable and pack electronics in anti-static materials. Have your IT person at the new space before our crew arrives so the network is up when the desks land.
Yes. Before the move we drop off reusable crates, boxes, color-coded labels and red bags for electronics, plus packing instructions for your staff. Each item gets a label for its spot in the new office. Anything without a label stays behind. We pick up the empty materials afterward at no charge.
Every move carries $2M in commercial liability insurance. You also pick a protection level: Released Value (free, 60 cents per pound per item) or Full Value (2% of declared value, covers repair, replacement or cash settlement, $500 deductible). Full Value makes sense for expensive equipment. Items worth more than $500 per pound must be listed in writing before the move.
Two to three weeks gives you time for the floor plan, labels and IT. Larger warehouse or multi-floor moves need four to six weeks. On a tight deadline? We have moved full offices on 72 hours notice. Call (949) 444-0211.
Take photos right away, tell your BMG project manager within 24 hours and send a written claim within 5 days. Keep the damaged item until we inspect it. Under Full Value Protection, our in-house furniture repair team fixes most damage at no cost to you.
