Yes. We specialize in after-hours, overnight, and weekend moves so your team never misses a single day. Your employees leave Friday and walk into a fully set-up office Monday morning with desks placed, monitors positioned, conference rooms arranged per your floor plan.
It means the number on your quote is the number on your invoice. If the move takes longer than expected or we encounter surprises, we absorb those costs, not you. No surprise fees for stairs, long carries, packing materials, or overtime. It's written into the contract.
We have specialty crews trained in moving servers, network equipment, monitors, and AV systems. We photograph every server rack and patch panel, label every cable with colored tape or numbered tags, and use anti-static packaging. We recommend having your IT team arrive at the new location before our movers so the network is live when desks arrive.
Yes. We deliver boxes, reusable crates, color-coded labels, and red bags for electronics in advance. Each item gets a label with the new office number. Unlabeled items don't get moved. We also provide packing instructions for your team and pick up all empty materials after the move at no extra charge.
Every move includes $2M in commercial liability insurance. You can choose between Released Value Protection (free, 60 cents per pound per article) or Full Value Protection (2% of declared value, covers repair, replacement, or cash settlement with a $500 deductible). We recommend Full Value for high-value equipment. Items over $500/lb must be declared in writing before the move.
2-3 weeks is ideal for planning floor plans, labeling, and IT coordination. But we've executed full office moves with as little as 72 hours notice. Call (949) 444-0211 and we'll make it work.
Document the damage immediately with photos. Notify your BMG project manager within 24 hours and submit a written claim within 5 days. Our in-house furniture repair team can fix most damage at no cost under Full Value Protection. Do not dispose of damaged items until we've inspected them.
