These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, booking forms, and SMS/text messaging program operated by Business Moving Group, a brand of V.O.S. Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website businessmoving.com, submitting a booking or quote form, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

1.2 Program Description
Our SMS messaging program sends transactional text messages to clients and prospective clients related to moving services they have requested or are actively engaged in. Messages may include:
- Appointment and walkthrough scheduling confirmations and reminders
- Estimate notifications and approval links
- Invoice notifications and payment links
- Project status updates and move-day logistics
- Service completion confirmations
We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages. All SMS communications are transactional and directly related to services you have requested.
1.3 Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking or quote forms, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS/text messages from Business Moving Group at the phone number you provided. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number submitted.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Business Moving Group. You may use our moving services without opting in to SMS messages.
1.4 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project activity. You will typically receive 1–5 messages per active project or service engagement. We do not send recurring scheduled messages outside of active service communications.
1.5 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Standard message and data rates from your wireless provider apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable fees.
1.6 Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also text STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

We will honor your opt-out request promptly. If you opt out and later wish to resume SMS messages, you may opt back in by submitting a new booking or quote form with the SMS consent checkbox selected.

1.8 No Sharing of Mobile Data
No mobile information, including mobile phone numbers collected through our SMS program or website forms, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/opt-out data to any third party for their own use.
1.9 Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
1.10 SMS Service Provider
Our SMS messaging services are provided through Twilio, Inc. Twilio’s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy. Twilio processes messages on our behalf and does not use your data for purposes other than delivering our messages.
2. Services
Business Moving Group provides commercial moving services exclusively for businesses in Southern California. All moves are subject to a signed contract and written estimate provided after an on-site walkthrough. Pricing quoted during the walkthrough is guaranteed not to exceed the written estimate under the agreed-upon scope of work.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided by BMG are based on the information gathered during the free on-site walkthrough. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Changes to the scope of work after the estimate may result in adjusted pricing.
4. Insurance and Liability
BMG carries $2 million in commercial insurance on every job. We offer two levels of valuation protection: Released Value Protection (included at no charge) and Full Value Protection (available for an additional fee). Complete details of coverage options and limitations are provided with every written estimate.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled move date. Late cancellations or same-day cancellations may be subject to fees. Contact your project manager for details.
6. Website Use
The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract. You agree not to misuse the website or its features, including the AI chat assistant.
7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Moving Group (V.O.S. Inc.) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, SMS program, booking forms, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services or receipt of SMS messages after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
