Frequently asked
Do you do residential moving?
No. We are a 100% commercial moving company. Every truck, crew, process, and pricing model is built for office, warehouse, industrial, and commercial spaces. We do not move households.
What is included in the fixed price?
Labor, trucks, fuel, packing materials (boxes, crates, labels, wrap, bubble), disassembly and reassembly of furniture, $2M insurance, project management, and a final walkthrough at the new location. Stairs, long carries, weekend execution, and overtime are also included — there are no surprise add-ons.
How is BMG different from a general mover?
Three things. First, every move is project-managed by a named PM, not a dispatcher. Second, the quote is locked-in writing — your invoice cannot exceed it. Third, we only do business moves, so the crews are trained on cubicles, racking, server gear, and floor-plan placement, not couches and dressers.
Can you handle multi-site or phased moves?
Yes. Multi-stage moves are most of what we do. Decommissioning the old site while setting up the new one in parallel, phased department moves to limit downtime, and out-of-state long-distance coordination — all standard.
What service is right if I am unsure?
Start with a free walkthrough. Our project manager will scope your move and recommend the service tier that fits — there is no upsell pressure. Many moves combine multiple services (e.g., warehouse moving plus office decommissioning).
Do you supply boxes and packing materials?
Yes, included. Boxes, reusable crates, color-coded labels for floor-plan placement, anti-static red bags for electronics, and bubble/wrap for monitors and AV. Materials are dropped off in advance and picked up after the move at no extra cost.
